Dickies Indonesia Online shipment and delivery of orders are based on product availability, payment processing time and warehouse distribution center processing time. Delivery will usually arrive within 48 hours of dispatch. For regional areas in Sumatra,Kalimantan, Sulawesi and Papua delivery is between 3 – 5 business days.

Dickies Indonesia Online are happy to exchange items that are of incorrect size, fit or item/s that are defective/damaged as a result of a manufacturing issue. To exchange an item that is the wrong size or fit it must be with the sales receipt/ invoice, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the original tags and labels still attached to the product. If in 3 days have gone by since your purchase item received, the exchange policy no longer applied.
A faulty product is an item that has been received with damage or where a manufacturing fault occurs within a reasonable period following the purchase (3 days). Products damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty.
