Anda akan menerima pemberitahuan via email untuk copy resi pengiriman segera setelah pesanan anda terkirim.

Proses pesanan dan pengiriman akan dilayani dari Hari Senin hingga Jumat dari pukul 09.00 – 17.00 WITA.

Pesanan di hari Sabtu, Minggu dan Hari Libur Nasional akan diproses di hari kerja berikutnya.

Khusus untuk Libur Lebaran dan Libur Natal / Tahun Baru akan memakan waktu lebih lama.

Proses pengiriman akan menggunakan metode First In First Out, berdasarkan ketersediaan produk serta waktu

Orders and deliveries will be process from Monday to Friday from at 09.00am to 05.00pm.

Orders placed on weekends and National Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Special for Idul Fitri holiday and Christmas Holiday / New Year will take longer.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Please choose carefully as Dickies Indonesia Online does not give refunds if you have changed your mind or made a wrong decision.

You can exchange where the goods are:


product delivered are not in accordance with the order

wrongly described & different from the image shown.

Exchange can only be made for size and colour but not be able to exchange with other styles.


Return & Exchange TC:

Exchange products Our Returns policy lasts for 3 working days after the product is received.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging and bag (if supplied)

With the original tags and labels still attached to the product.

The package must include invoice or any documentation that was sent with the product.

The exchange will be made after we receive Dickies product returned.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning and exchanging your item.


Dickies Indonesia Online is not responsible for the loss of the goods upon delivery from the expedition. However if your item is lost, Dickies Indonesia Online will lodge a claim to the expedition. Please contact Dickies Indonesia Online Customer Service for further information. Lost items claim and refund process will follow the expedition TIKI/JNE provisions.
